Annual physical, blood test for cholesterol, diabetes, anemia, urine test, screen and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases, Electromyography and nerve conduction (EMG, NCV) for neck and back pain from arthritis, prostate exam and blood work to diagnose canter blood test, evaluation, and treatment for impotency and erectile dysfunction, neurological testing and treatment for Alzheimer's, post-heart attack and stroke treatments, as well as referrals to specialties when needed.

We accept Blue Cross PPO, Blue Shield PPO, Cigna PPO, HealthNet, Straight Medical (PPO), Medicare, and MediConnect. For HMOs, we accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield through Prospect Medical Group We also accept Worker's Compensation and Personal Injuries
About
Dr. Hakimi graduated medical school from Iran, had one year postgraduate training in internal medicine and Rheumatology in Hashron Hospital in Israel. Upon immigrating to America, he had one year postgraduate training in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in Chicago and completed three years postgraduate training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at University of Illinois Hospital in Chicago followed by being part of an active medical staff at Rehab Institute of Milwaukee at Wisconsin.
